I want no monuments

Some version bumps and new ebuilds are required to get to struts-1.3.5 on Gentoo.

It will take more time than initially guessed, damn…

Current stages are:

• commons-validator-1.3.0
• commons-chain-1.1
• jsf-api and myfaces

I hope to get to struts in the next few days.
